The Helena Youth Basketball League is a Competitive Basketball League, coordinated with two other cities, Alabaster and Pelham.  The league is designed for boys in the 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th grade.  There will be a limited number of 2nd grade spots available.  The boys play by high school rules, with a few exceptions.  Games and practices occur on any day of the week, including Sunday.  The practices start around November 1, 2010 and games begin right after Thanksgiving.  The season usually ends around the end of January with a single elimination tournament.  The fee for the 2010-11 season is $130.00.  This fee includes equipment, uniform, and gym time.
